A B O U T
From an early age Cheryl could be found drawing, painting, making jewellery and dioramas for her toy animals. This love of sitting quietly and creating Art is nestled deep in her core. Cheryl studied at The University of Creative Arts, gaining a BA (hons) in Graphic design. It was there she discovered her love of project making and managing, directing and teaching. She currently teaches Fine Art at an outstanding grammar school in Essex, UK. Inspired by all things nature she creates abstract paintings, landscapes, collages and prints. She seeks connection to the natural world and believes through the mindful process of creating Art that it can heal and replenish. Her current interests are the weather, story telling, beach combing, handmade, and wonky lines.

In my spare time I run Art classes for anyone wanting to make space to be creative. My classes are peaceful, tranquil and mindful.
We all need time to be creative and allow our ideas and creative energy to flow freely. It’s good for the soul!
Sometimes we don’t have time, or feel uncertain of our abilities so avoid being creative. My classes are designed for you to feel supported, guided, and prompted. You are able to explore your own ideas or follow my guidance step by step.
Look after yourself, get into the state of flow, reduce your stress and meet other likeminded people.
